FAQ
M-1980 Wide-Format Printer: Compatible Nozzle Types and Printing Speed Comparison

The M-1980 wide-format printer supports two mainstream dual-nozzle configurations. There are significant differences in printing efficiency corresponding to different nozzle models, and the specific adaptation characteristics and speed-related comparisons are as follows:

I. Compatible Nozzle Types

The core nozzle options of the M-1980 wide-format printer are two mainstream dual-nozzle configurations, namely the XP600 dual-nozzle and the i3200 dual-nozzle.

II. Comparison of Printing Speeds of Different Nozzles

There are obvious differences in speed performance between the two types of nozzles under different print resolution levels. Adjustments to print resolution will synchronously affect the actual output efficiency of both nozzles, and the appropriate nozzle configuration can be selected by comparing according to actual print resolution requirements.

III. Analysis of Speed Differences

Under the same print resolution standard, the printing efficiency of one of the nozzles is significantly superior to the other. Specifically, whether in basic print resolution or high-precision output scenarios, the speed advantage of this high-efficiency nozzle is relatively prominent.

This difference determines the scenario adaptation direction of different nozzles: the high-efficiency nozzle is more suitable for high-volume, high-rhythm printing operation scenarios and can better match high-intensity output requirements; the other nozzle can well meet the rhythm requirements of conventional printing scenarios and at the same time meet the basic cost control objectives.
