1. Material Fixing

Place flat materials such as acrylic and plates stably on the device’s hard anodized honeycomb aluminum plate. This aluminum plate not only has high flatness but also can cooperate with the white-color dual negative pressure system to achieve strong adsorption, ensuring the material is firmly fixed during the printing process and preventing printing precision from being affected by material displacement.

2. Parameter Setting

Import image files in formats such as TIFF and JPG using professional Rip software like PHOTOPRINT. Then, select the appropriate UV ink type, matching printhead model, and set corresponding printing precision parameters according to printing needs. The software has a concise and intuitive operation interface, facilitating operators to quickly complete parameter configuration.

3. Positioning and Printing

If high printing precision is required, the magnetic levitation visual positioning function can be activated. The device will accurately capture the material position and perform calibration; after calibration, start the printing program. During the printing process, the LED UV lamp will simultaneously cure the ink, ensuring the ink dries and adheres quickly, improving printing efficiency while guaranteeing the firmness of the pattern.

4. Finished Product Retrieval

After the printing work is completed, no complex post-processing steps are needed—operators can directly take down the finished products. The entire process is coherent and efficient, reducing unnecessary process time consumption.

▶ Cylindrical Printing Workflow

1. Fixture Clamping

For cylindrical workpieces such as cups and pipes, first install them accurately on the dedicated cylindrical fixture. The fixture design fits the shape of cylindrical workpieces and can adapt to cylindrical workpieces of multiple specifications. During the clamping process, rotational positioning can be calibrated to ensure the workpiece maintains a stable rotating state during printing and avoids deviation.

2. Mode Adaptation

Switch to the "Cylindrical Printing Mode" in the operation software. Based on the size, material of the cylindrical workpiece, and the requirements of the printed pattern, flexibly adjust key parameters such as rotation speed and printing path. The software will automatically optimize the printing plan according to the set parameters, ensuring high matching between parameter configuration and workpiece characteristics.

3. Rotational Printing

After starting the printing program, the device will drive the cylindrical workpiece to rotate stably, and the printhead will accurately complete curved surface printing according to the preset printing path. During this process, the LED UV lamp always cures the newly printed ink in real time, effectively preventing the ink from flowing on the curved surface and ensuring the integrity and clarity of the printed pattern.

4. Workpiece Removal

After the printing task is completed, simply take down the cylindrical finished product from the fixture. The entire cylindrical printing process is also simple and efficient, meeting the needs of mass production or personalized customization.
