The M-1210 is a UV printer that supports both flatbed and cylinder printing. With its flexible configuration options and core capability of rapid curing, it has become a highly efficient and practical tool for small-batch customized production and multi-material processing scenarios, easily meeting different types of printing needs.
I. Core Work Efficiency: Multi-Nozzle + High Adaptability for Speed Enhancement
The printing efficiency of the M-1210 can be flexibly adjusted according to the nozzle model to meet various production requirements. In high-speed mode, it can satisfy the efficient demands of batch flatbed printing; when switched to fine mode, it maintains stable printing efficiency while ensuring excellent image quality, achieving a balance between image quality and efficiency.
At the same time, this device supports cylinder printing scenarios (requiring matching with a dedicated cylinder fixture) and can adapt to cylindrical materials of various common sizes. There is no need to replace additional equipment, which effectively reduces the time loss during process conversion and makes the production process more coherent.
Equipped with an LED UV curing system, it achieves the effect of "instant printing and instant drying", completely eliminating the long drying and waiting time in traditional printing processes and significantly shortening the overall processing cycle of a single batch of materials. The matched zoned high-power air suction system can significantly reduce the risk of plate displacement during printing, controlling the defect rate in continuous printing at an extremely low level and ensuring stable production quality.
II. Standard Workflow: Minimal Four-Step Process Covering Dual Scenarios
(A) Flatbed Printing Process
1. Material Loading: Place plates within different thickness and width ranges on the hard anodized honeycomb aluminum plate. The air suction system will start automatically and fix the materials firmly without additional manual fixing operations.
2. File Setting: Import files in various common formats through professional RIP software such as PHOTOPRINT. Select the corresponding nozzle precision and material parameters according to the plate material (e.g., acrylic, metal, plastic, etc.). The operation is convenient and easy to understand.
3. Start Printing: The printing cart moves at high speed and stably along the imported guide rail. The nozzle sprays UV ink accurately as needed, and the LED curing lamp is turned on simultaneously to realize the synchronization of printing and curing.
4. Finished Product Unloading: After printing is completed, the system will automatically complete the paper release operation. Operators can directly take down the finished products without additional post-processing steps, simplifying the production process.
(B) Cylinder Printing Process
On the basis of the flatbed printing process, only one additional step of fixture adaptation is required: firmly fix cylindrical materials (such as thermos cups, advertising rollers, etc.) on the cylinder fixture. The motor drives the materials to rotate at a constant speed, and the nozzle moves along the axial direction to complete circular printing. The remaining operation steps are exactly the same as those in the flatbed mode, enabling quick completion of printing for a single cylindrical material with obvious efficiency advantages.
III. Efficiency Advantages: Suitable for Small-Batch Customization Scenarios
The innovative "flatbed + cylinder" integrated design of the M-1210 fundamentally avoids the time and labor loss caused by "changing machines and processes" when traditional equipment meets different types of printing needs. It is especially suitable for the production scenarios of multi-category small-batch orders such as cultural and creative products and advertising materials. For example, when undertaking mixed orders of flatbed and cylindrical products at the same time, there is no need to switch between different devices, and all printing work can be completed in a short time. Compared with the traditional separate operation mode of "flatbed printer + cylinder printer", it greatly saves the time for process connection and improves the overall production efficiency.
In addition, the device is equipped with automatic height measurement and automatic paper release functions. Operators do not need to perform repeated manual adjustments, which reduces the operation difficulty and work intensity. A single person can easily monitor multiple devices, further reducing the investment in labor costs and providing more possibilities for enterprises to optimize production configuration.
