M-9060Plus Flatbed + Cylinder Printer: Work Efficiency and Process

The M-9060Plus is a versatile device that integrates flatbed printing, roll-to-roll printing, and laminating functions. It also offers an optional magnetic levitation configuration. Capable of flexibly adapting to various printing scenarios, it demonstrates significant advantages in both work efficiency and process adaptability for small-to-medium batch production.

I. Core Work Efficiency (Differentiated by Printhead Model)

The printing speed of this device is closely related to the model of the installed printhead, and there are obvious differences in efficiency performance between different printhead models. Some high-end printheads can achieve relatively high printing speeds, and even in low-speed modes that require fine printing, they can still maintain stable efficiency output. Another type of printhead, however, focuses more on fine printing results, making it suitable for small-batch printing tasks with high precision requirements.

At the same time, the M-9060Plus supports both cylinder printing and flatbed printing. These two printing modes can be switched on the same device, eliminating the need for frequent equipment changes. This design greatly reduces the time consumed during process switching and indirectly improves overall production efficiency.

II. Standard Workflow

1. Material Preparation: First, clean the surface of the flatbed or cylinder materials to be printed (such as acrylic sheets, metal tubes, etc.) to ensure no impurities on the material surface affect printing quality. Then, place the cleaned materials on the designated platform of the device. If the printing material is a roll, properly install the roll onto the device's roll shaft.

2. File Import and Parameter Setting: Transfer the file to be printed to the device system via TCP/IP network. Then, use professional RIP software such as PHOTOPRINT to accurately set printing parameters according to actual printing needs, including printing resolution, adapted printhead type, and printing mode matching the material.

3. Automatic Distance Adjustment and Positioning: After activating the device's "automatic height adjustment" function, the device's carriage lifting system will automatically adjust according to the actual height of the material, ensuring a precise printing distance between the printhead and the material surface to guarantee high-quality printing.

4. Synchronized Printing + Curing: During the printing process, the printhead will accurately eject UV ink according to the preset path. At the same time, the LED UV lamp equipped with the device will instantly cure the ejected ink in real time, eliminating the need for additional waiting for ink drying and realizing synchronized completion of printing and curing. If the user has selected the laminating function, the device can also directly perform laminating operations synchronously after the printing process is completed, further simplifying the workflow.

5. Finished Product Removal: After all printing and related subsequent processes are completed, the device will automatically reset. At this point, the operator only needs to take out the printed flatbed or cylinder finished products from the device.
