II. Work Process: Simple, Efficient and Easy to Operate

Material Preparation Stage

In the material preparation stage, whether it is common flatbed materials (such as various plates, acrylic products, etc.) or cylindrical materials with an arc structure (such as various cups, pipes, etc.), they only need to go through simple cleaning to remove surface dust and impurities before being placed on the equipment's dedicated large-area platform. The platform is equipped with a wind suction fixing system that works in coordination with dual servo motors and a reduction motor. It can automatically adjust the suction force according to the shape and size of different materials, ensuring that the materials remain stable throughout the printing process and effectively avoiding the impact of material displacement on printing accuracy.

File Import and Setting Stage

The file processing stage is easy to operate. Design files in various common formats such as TIFF and JPG can be quickly imported through the TCP/IP network interface, without the need for complex format conversion processes. In terms of parameter setting, with the help of professional RIP software such as PHOTOPRINT, operators can flexibly adjust key parameters such as printing accuracy and ink type according to printing needs. At the same time, the equipment is equipped with an intelligent material detection function. After the file is imported, it can automatically identify the size and position of the material and start the automatic focusing function to accurately locate the printing area, which greatly reduces the complexity of manual operations and allows even novice operators to get started quickly.

Synchronous Printing and Curing Stage

During the printing process, the Ricoh printhead equipped on the equipment can spray UV ink accurately according to the preset parameters. Whether it is color ink that needs to present rich colors or special inks such as white ink and varnish used to enhance texture, uniform spraying can be achieved to ensure clear pattern details. At the same time, the LED UV curing system equipped on the equipment operates synchronously with the printing process. Once the ink is sprayed, it can be dried and cured immediately, fundamentally avoiding problems such as pattern blurring and color overlay deviation that may occur in traditional printing, and truly realizing the efficient effect of "printing and drying simultaneously", which greatly shortens the overall production cycle.

Finished Product Removal Stage

After the printing is completed, the equipment platform will automatically return to its initial position, and the operator can take out the finished product directly without complex disassembly procedures. The taken-out finished product is in a stable state with completely cured surface patterns, and can directly enter the subsequent processing links (such as cutting, assembling, etc. according to needs). The entire process is connected smoothly, which further reduces the waiting time in the intermediate links, ensures the continuity and efficiency of the production process, and improves the overall production efficiency in an all-round way.
